You may create and use codes without an account; certain features such as editing destinations and viewing analytics require you to verify your email via a one-time link.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services, including by submitting fraudulent votes, harvesting personal data, or distributing unlawful content.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant the Company a limited license to host and display it solely to operate the services.
5. Codes & Campaigns
Dynamic codes route to destinations you control; the printed code remains stable while its destination may change.
6. Plans & Payments
Paid plans, where offered, are billed as described at the point of purchase and may be priced per event or per period. Payment is handled by or on behalf of South Fork Mobile LLC.
7. Privacy
Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. We measure site traffic with our own first-party analytics — no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers; we record only anonymous, aggregate signals such as page paths, the referring website, and a coarse device type.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
